We've managed to get a few more Manuka plants that we are planting around the apiaries. I have no idea what effect it will have on the honey, but the bees seem to love them!Sadly we dont post anymore. So either pick up from us or local delivery.Our honey isn't treated or pasteurized.  It is simply passed through a course strainer so contains particles of health giving pollen and propels.We store the honey from each super  (box that bees store honey in) separately.  The bees can fill one of these boxes in a week when conditions are right. This means that each box can taste different to the next, dependant on what the bees were gathering at that time. It's like a snapshot of that moment in time last summer!
